QE2 Academy provides visa support, assists with insurance and offers round-the-clock assistance. Student accommodation is arranged on board the QE2 in secure campuses.
We are transparent: the cost includes training and accommodation (for certain programs). Anything not included (tickets, meals, etc.) will be clearly stated in advance — no surprises.
In such cases, we offer options to postpone the start of the course and a partial refund. We are flexible and focused on making the client feel secure.
